Lemon Law Practice

Under California's lemon law (also known as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act), buyers of motor vehicles are provided with legal protection if they experience repeated problems with their car, truck, van, motorcycle, RV or boat. If you take your new or used vehicle in for repairs during the manufacturer's warranty period a number of times and your vehicle is not repaired, you may be entitled to your money back or a replacement vehicle. The law protects consumers regardless of whether they purchased or leased the vehicle.
