Lazar, Akiva & Yagoubzadeh Opens Office in New York

Lazar, Akiva & Yagoubzadeh, a boutique business and real estate law firm headquartered in Los Angeles, has announced the opening of a new office in New York. The firm’s expansion into New York is intended to serve the multistate interests of many of its existing bi-coastal clients, as well as to tap into the east coast market. In conjunction with the opening of its New York office, the firm has named Jubin J. Niamehr a partner. Previously, Mr. Niamehr was an attorney in the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP.
