Lazar, Akiva and Yagoubzadeh represents seller in share purchase agreement

On March 5, 2010, Lazar, Akiva and Yagoubzadeh attorneys Michael Akiva and Jubin Niamehr successfully represented the seller and owner of a retail services business in a complete divestiture of its equity stake. The details of the transaction were undisclosed.
